I am now in Week 8. I feel like it has been such a long time because I've just been overwhelmingly busy with school. Here we go.
1. When Tamar was raped, her brother Absalom told her to just be quiet and let it go. Unfortunately, we as humans can not stuff our feelings. They invariably turn inward, take the person prisoner, then often force a break-out with tragic consequences.
2. Absalom kept those feelings of anger in for two whole years before he killed His brother. He then had to run away. David still did nothing. Sometimes doing nothing is the worst thing to do. Especially when it comes to your children.
